
TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

Welcome to UniD Wheels. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of our services and outline the responsibilities and expectations between you ("the Customer") and UniD Wheels ("the Company").
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not proceed with any services provided by UniD Wheels.
1. SERVICES OFFERED
UniD Wheels provides various services, including but not limited to:

Licence exchange application assistance

12-month international driving permit services
-
Driving test and provisional licence application support
-
Vehicle sourcing, insurance guidance, and related services
UniD Wheels does not issue or guarantee the approval of any official government documents, including driving licences, permits, or insurance. We act solely as an intermediary to assist customers with the application and process management.
All services provided are subject to availability and eligibility requirements. The Company reserves the right to decline any service request at its discretion.
2. CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY & RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1. Providing Accurate Information

Customers must ensure all details provided to UniD Wheels are accurate and truthful.

If incorrect information results in service failure, delays, or rejection by authorities (e.g., DVLA), UniD Wheels holds no liability, and the service may not be eligible for a refund.
2.2. Document Submission Requirements

Customers must submit all required documents as per their selected service (e.g., passport, proof of address, driving licence).

Customers applying for services requiring physical document submission must send originals or certified copies where applicable.

UniD Wheels is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, missing, or inaccurate documents provided by the customer.
2.3. Compliance with UK Law
Customers must ensure they are legally permitted to apply for the requested service under UK regulations. UniD Wheels is not responsible for legal violations committed by customers, including but not limited to:

Providing false information

Attempting to obtain a service for which they are ineligible

Misusing services for fraudulent purposes
3. APPOINTMENTS, NO-SHOWS & RESCHEDULING
3.1. Consultation & Service Appointments

Certain services (e.g., licence exchange, consultation sessions) require scheduled appointments.

Customers must arrive on time and prepared for their scheduled session.
3.2. No-Show & Late Cancellations Policy

Customers who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior 24-hour notice will not be entitled to a refund.

Customers may be allowed one free reschedule if they provide at least 24 hours' notice.
-
Further reschedules may incur additional fees or require a new booking.
Failure to attend a session within the allocated time slot without valid reason may result in service termination without refund.
4. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
UniD Wheels invests time, resources, and administrative costs into every service. Refunds are provided only under specific conditions, as outlined below.
4.1. General Refund Policy

Full refunds will only be issued if UniD Wheels fails to provide the service due to its own error or inability to proceed.

Refunds will not be granted if the customer provides incorrect information, fails to submit required documents, or is found ineligible for a service after purchase.

If a service is booked in error (e.g., customer is ineligible), a credit towards another service will be offered instead of a refund.
4.2. Partial Refunds & Administrative Fees

If a service has partially progressed (e.g., consultation completed, documents reviewed but application not yet submitted), a partial refund may be issued minus administrative fees for the work completed.

Any refund provided will exclude non-refundable administrative and processing costs incurred.
4.3. No Refund Policy for Certain Situations
UniD Wheels will not issue refunds in the following cases:

No-shows or late cancellations (as per Section 3.2).

Failure to submit required documents on time (after multiple reminders).
-
Customer books an ineligible service (credit may be offered instead).
-
Government or third-party delays (e.g., DVLA processing delays).
4.4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
5. DOCUMENT HANDLING & LIABILITY
5.1. Physical Document Submission

Customers applying for physical licence exchange applications must send original documents to UniD Wheels via tracked or signed-for mail.

UniD Wheels will handle documents with care and security but is not responsible for loss or delays caused by postal services or the DVLA.
5.2. Digital Document Submission

Customers submitting documents online must ensure they are clear and correctly formatted.

UniD Wheels will not be liable for applications rejected due to unclear or inaccurate documentation provided by the customer.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UniD Wheels acts as a service facilitator only and does not issue or approve licences.

We are not responsible for final decisions made by the DVLA, government authorities, or third parties.

We shall not be held liable for delays, errors, or denials that occur due to external factors outside our control.
UniD Wheels is also not liable for:

Any financial loss, including delays affecting job opportunities, travel, or vehicle use.

Any damage or loss of documents due to third-party services (postal carriers, DVLA processing).
7. DISPUTES & CUSTOMER SUPPORT
7.1. Resolving Issues

Customers experiencing any issues with their service must contact UniD Wheels customer support within 7 days of service completion.

We will work in good faith to resolve disputes, delays, or customer concerns as fairly as possible.
7.2. Chargebacks & Unauthorised Disputes

If a customer files a chargeback or dispute without contacting UniD Wheels first, we reserve the right to suspend further services until the issue is resolved.

Fraudulent disputes may result in legal action to recover damages.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
UniD Wheels reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
By proceeding with any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
